Pay Only for Hours Worked

Payroll from facts, not from memory

Half an hour a day off the workstation is 6.25% of an eight-hour shift, paid in full. Over a year, that is money you never decided to spend.
Arrival and departure are recorded the moment they happen — no cards to swipe, no paper sheets, no manual entry.
It also closes an obligation you already have. Estonian law puts the working-time record on the employer, not the employee — Töölepingu seadus § 28 (2) 4. When hours are disputed, the side without a record has nothing to argue with.

How It Works. What Else It Does

What you install

Icon

Gateways on the wall, a few per building — plugged into power, nothing wired between them. Everyone carries a BLE/NFC tag that replaces the access card they already have. No new habit, nothing extra in a pocket.

In an emergency

Presence is known continuously, so you can see who is inside and where — at any moment, without a roll call. In a fire or an evacuation that list is the difference between counting people and looking for them.

The Questions Everyone Asks

Answered before you have to ask them

Icon

Hours, not movement

The system records that a person is at work, not where they walk. That is a fraction of the data a GPS tracker collects, and it is the reason this holds up under GDPR: you collect what payroll actually needs and nothing beyond it.

Straight into payroll

Hours export to CSV, or move through our API into the system you already run. Summarised working time is supported — the way most production and logistics in Estonia actually work.

Overtime, without the argument

Overtime is recorded the same way as everything else. When someone claims hours they did not work — or is owed hours nobody logged — the file settles it in a minute, not in a meeting.
