Equipment Status Monitoring

Know exactly when any machine is running, idle, or off — in real time. Catch equipment left on after hours, spot usage that shouldn't be happening, and stop paying to run machines no one is using.

Capabilities

See the real-time on/off status of any powered equipment — no integration with the machine required.

  • Works on any powered equipment — compressors, boilers, cranes, machine tools, ventilation, lighting, pumps, ovens, refrigeration, chargers — without wiring into the machine
  • Phase monitoring — know every power phase is live, and get alerted the instant one drops or fails, before it damages a motor or halts a line.
  • Wireless and self-contained — attaches externally, detects operating state from current or vibration, no specialist installation required
  • Real-time status — running, idle, or off, updated continuously across every monitored asset
  • Schedule-based alerts — define working hours per machine and get notified when something runs when it shouldn't
  • Usage history — see how long each machine actually ran, by hour, shift, or day
Know exactly when any machine is running, idle, or off — in real time. Catch equipment left on after hours, spot usage that shouldn't be happening, and stop paying to run machines no one is using.

How It Works:

A wireless sensor reads the equipment's on/off state through a dry contact — without touching the equipment itself. Installed in minutes.

  • Step 1 – Choose your equipment - pick any electrical equipment you want to monitor; if it runs on power, you can track it.
  • Step 2 – Connect the sensor - the sensor reads on/off state through a dry contact: one the equipment already has, or a clamp-on current relay we add externally.
  • Step 3 – Set your schedule - define expected operating hours so off-hours activity stands out.
  • Step 4 – Go live - see live status on your dashboard and get alerts for unexpected use.

Results

Stop paying for idle equipment and catch off-hours use before it costs you.
